I read the testimonials regarding the guitar training DVDs by Claude Johnson and was impressed with what I read.  I am trying to find an instrument and lessons for my nephew who needs a distraction from his parents divorce.  I think he could express himself through his music or he could just jam with his friends.  He seems like the kind of person that would enjoy heavy metal music and eventually he would be able to play that type of music as well.  It would give him something to look forward to when he comes home from school everyday instead of dreading the arguments between his parents.
