When you ask a bunch of people their unique or identical reasons why they move on with their jobs, you’ll usually hear, better job oppotunity, higher salary, new position, got married and had a baby, moving out of the country, or they want to pursue further studies. These may be the ideal answers but what about those who had a bad experience from their previous job, which caused them to leave? They may have been included in the massive lay off of their previous organization, they were fired, they quit work because of relationship problems, health problems due to stress and fatigue, no time for the family.
Whatever the reason is, that is their business. We shouldn’t judge nor ridicule them. It is not fun being unemployed as well as worrying about your bills.
