My Parents ran their own business for nearly 20 years. My mom use to handle all the financial accounts pertaining to the business. Once she got sick the company took a huge blow because her exceptional skills were there anymore. My parents wanted us to come said they didn’t want to burden us with their business but I decided to come in an lend a helping hand. Once I had a chance to go through everything I suggested they get a CFO. Dad said finding a CFO would be no easy task, plus it’s hard to trust everyone. I told him it’s the only was things would get back on track.
