There are some myths about distilled water that really should not be believed. One of these is that by drinking distilled water you are depriving your body of certain minerals that are present in tap water, or other non distilled types of water. This is completely untrue! The amount of minerals that are good for you that are present in distilled water is so minor that you would have to drink a ridiculous amount each day to gain any benefit. If you want to get good minerals into your body it is a much better idea to eat healthily, with plenty of fruit in your diet.
