The biggest complaint I get from my employees is that they never are completely sure about their schedule at the restaurant.  It’s all hand done and can usually change from day to day.  I don’t like the system, but until now, I’ve had no other options.  A friend of mine recommended Victorware, scheduling software for restaurants, and I immediately went to check it out.  Having used it now for several months, I can’t tell you how pleased I have been.  There is no guess work involved.  All of my employees are kept completely up to date on any changes and everyone is happy!
