If you want to have a higher vertical, then leapfrog jumps might be the right jumping higher exercises for you. In a leapfrog jump you want to find a long distance like a basketball court. Stand on one side of the court and leap off of one foot as high as you can while moving forward. While you jump shoot your knee as high as you can into the air. Once you land jump off with the other foot with your other knee into the air. Keep doing this all the way down the court and then back the other way.
