My doctor has told me that finding the right sciatica exercise will be good for my back. I’ve had some pain and my sciatica is to blame for it, overworking the muscles and lifting improperly are the main reasons for the pain. He said that if I do some sort of stretching or gentle movements that will help stretch and strengthen my muscles in my back, that the pain could ease. I don’t want to have to take pain medications for ever so I’m looking to find some sort of exercise that will help my back without causing more pain and strain.
