My friend and I planned four weeks ago to stick to a specific diet that was unique for vegetarians. The reason why we decided to do this diet was because I was a vegetarian and did not want to eat any chicken or beef during my diet. My friend is not a vegan but she went along with this vegetarian weight loss diet because she desperately wanted to shed a few pounds. So after two and a half weeks of doing this diet, my friend ended up doing the inevitable. She ended up snapping one day and went to the burger joint in order to buy a super burger with some super sized fries.
