I don’t understand why people buy houses with tiny porches, especially not here in the sunny state of California. Houses with Orange County Patios aren’t very much more expensive than those without them, and yet they have so much more benefits. You can put a porch swing on them and sit outside listening to the crickets in the evenings. You can barbecue or picnic there, and invite as many friends as you want. They are a great place for children to play, too. And on top of all that, they are a snap to clean up! With all of these advantages, why would anyone go without one?
