A good eating habit is essential to keep anybody fit. Some may skip breakfast thinking that starving will help to Lose Stomach Fat. But starving will result in slow metabolism and will cause over eating when you go back to eat the next meal. So eating the breakfast soon after waking up is a good practice as it helps to start the body metabolism that slowed down during the night. Similarly avoiding late night eating will aid proper digestion and good sleep. Taking healthy snacks like fruits, seeds etc in between regular meals will make the quantity of meals smaller and chop down fat.
