My co-worker Jan has been taking several classes and recently signed up for one that has been challenging for her but also has helped her to learn more about the field. She signed up for an operator training course and said there are several others she is planning to take once she gets through with this one. For the most part, she said it is self-paced, but there are some deadlines that have to be met or you are docked a few points. She said her course-ware has offered her a chance to learn new skills, which in the end will advance her career.
