I run a small business with four employees. We spend a lot of time out on the road at various trade shows as well as meeting with prospective customers and suppliers. We often need to share and exchange files, but haven’t found an easy way to do this. Now we can thanks to carbonite.com. We have a group account that we all use the same e-mail address and password. The program will automatically update files throughout the day. This ensures that we are all on the same page and aware of what the others are doing. It has been very helpful to us.
